A CQC registered prescribing service built on clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, and genuine patient care. We exist to make safe, effective healthcare more accessible.
Who We Are
Twins Healthcare Services was founded with a clear purpose: to provide safe, clinically rigorous, and accessible prescribing services for both patients and healthcare professionals across the UK.
We recognised a gap in the market — patients seeking effective, medically supervised weight loss programmes, and aesthetic practitioners who needed a reliable, compliant prescribing partner. We built Twins Health to serve both.
Every prescription we issue is reviewed by a qualified Independent Prescriber. Every pharmacy we work with is GPhC registered. Every process we follow is designed with patient safety and regulatory compliance at its core.

Governance
Transparency is central to how we operate. Our key policies are available below.
What Drives Us
Every clinical decision is made with patient safety as the primary consideration. We will never issue a prescription that is not clinically appropriate, regardless of commercial pressure.
We hold ourselves to the highest clinical standards. Our prescribers engage in continuous professional development and stay current with the latest evidence-based guidance.
We believe effective healthcare should be accessible. Our remote prescribing model removes geographical barriers while maintaining the same clinical rigour as in-person services.
We are open about who we are, how we are regulated, and how we operate. Our compliance documentation is available to anyone who asks.
We take full responsibility for every prescription we issue. Our clinical governance framework ensures every decision is documented, auditable, and defensible.
We do not cut corners on compliance. We only work with registered pharmacies, only prescribe for eligible patients, and only onboard practitioners who meet our standards.
We welcome enquiries about our regulatory status, clinical governance, or any aspect of how we operate. Transparency is not just a policy — it is how we work.
